6 -8 Months Mealtime - VEGETABLE PUREES
ALL PUREES MAKE 1 CUP (12 TABLESPOONS)
When pureeing vegetables, you can add breastmilk, formula or water to achieve desired consistency.
For potato and pumpkin:
Steam vegetable until tender; drain.
Push vegetable through sieve.
For remaining vegetables:
Steam vegetable until tender; drain. Blend or process vegetable (and liquid) of choice until smooth. Give your child as much vegetable puree as desired.
